Refund policy

At Xuxarn, all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was received
• The product has a manufacturing error

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
• Change of mind after order is placed
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences

Resolution
If your request is approved, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellation is not guaranteed.
